Crisis Text Line: Text "home" to 741741 if you are experiencing an emotional crisis or mental health challenges.

National Alliance on Mental Health (NAMI)- 1-800-950-6264- NAMI is available to answer your general mental health questions and provide you with treatment options in your area.

 


Helpful Apps for Android and IPhone

Rain Rain- This is a free app and personal favorite of mine.  It provides relaxing nature sounds from thunderstorms to crackling fires.  I use this app to practice mindfulness!

Calm- Rated IPhone's 2017 app of the year. and it's free!  This app provides you with guided meditations.

Headspace- Another free app for meditation and mindfulness.
